Full-Time or Part-time: Pediatric Physical Therapist

Pediatric Therapy Associates is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our pediatric team. We serve children ages 0–21, offering high-quality, evidence-based therapy with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to making therapy effective, fun, and family-centered.

Schedule

  • Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Fri: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

  • Highly competitive compensation

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients ages 0–21 with a variety of developmental, orthopedic, neuromuscular, and genetic conditions.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies.

  • Provide family training, education, and home programming.

  • Maintain clear documentation consistent with clinic and payer standards.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care.

  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinic initiatives.

  • Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.

Qualifications

  • Physical Therapy degree.

  • Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain before start date).

  • Pediatric experience preferred — new graduates encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Passion for working with children and families.
