About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR & Workforce Management to lead the development of policies, workforce compliance, and organizational training across our growing healthcare organization. This role ensures our workforce practices remain compliant, scalable, and aligned with operational priorities while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen governance, improve workforce systems, and ensure staff across all locations understand and follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of company-wide policies and procedures.

Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.

Design and oversee compliance training programs and employee education initiatives.

Oversee workforce onboarding processes, credentialing coordination, and licensure compliance.

Partner with clinical leadership to ensure staffing models support patient care and productivity standards.

Monitor regulatory changes and update policies as needed to maintain compliance.

Conduct policy audits and provide regular compliance reports to executive leadership.

Support leaders and managers with policy implementation, training, and workforce management guidance.

Lead investigations related to employee conduct, compliance concerns, and workplace risk.

Collaborate across departments to ensure policies translate into clear workflows and operational practices.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare compliance, HR leadership, workforce operations, or organizational governance.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, workforce compliance, and credentialing requirements.

Experience developing organizational policies, compliance programs, and workforce training initiatives.

Ability to work closely with executive leadership and provide strategic guidance.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting clinical teams and healthcare workforce structures preferred.

*Our hours are Mon-Thurs 8:00-5:00 and Friday 9:00-2:00.
*Our pay is very competitive and can be structured on a per hour basis or salary rate.
